Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep understanding of Workday Time Tracking
- Workday Certification in Time Tracking
- Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
- Broad business and technology experience
- Awareness of industry trends and their potential impact on products
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure
- Excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to liaise confidently and effectively with senior executives
- Commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization
- Able to rotate through Workday Consulting and Application Management Services
- Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region; minimal out-of-region travel may also be required
- Professional qualifications in the area of expertise are nice to have
- Experience in post-deployment services is nice to have
