About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Turn customer messages into clear, owned, and due-dated work using the internal scoping process
  • Triage customer support requests and keep the “waiting on us” queue moving toward zero
  • Reproduce data and metric issues, gather evidence, and resolve them or create actionable Engineering tickets
  • Track account KPIs, product usage, and trends to identify engagement risks and opportunities
  • Analyze account platform usage and provide insights and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for proactive customer education, communications, and outreach
  • Contribute analysis and materials to renewal and expansion conversations
  • Coordinate account workstreams across Engineering, Product, and Sales
  • Prepare client meeting materials, join calls, and capture follow-ups
  • Support onboarding checklists, roster and configuration validation, user setup, and training materials
  • Bring customer feedback and support trends into internal discussions
  • Improve customer-facing knowledge-base resources
  • Run the high-priority requirements report and prepare for bug blitzes and meetings
  • Support customer health reporting and release workflows for proactive communications
  • Report to the Director of Customer Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years in operations, implementation, technical support, or consulting where you owned execution and outcomes
  • Strong written communication
  • Highly organized and able to juggle many small, important tasks
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and structured data
  • Able to identify duplicate rows, bad identifiers, or anomalous metrics
  • Daily AI-tool user
  • Systems-thinking approach to recurring problems
  • Healthcare, value-based care, or ACO exposure, or eagerness to learn shared savings, quality measures, and AWVs
  • SQL, Snowflake, or dashboard and analytics familiarity
  • Experience supporting software implementations or customer onboarding
