About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end federal implementations, including discovery, scoping, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, go-live, and post-launch support

  • Guide public-sector partners through change management and legacy-system replacement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, or a product-adjacent delivery role
  • Track record of owning multi-stakeholder rollouts
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and system configurations
  • Ability to discuss integration tradeoffs with engineers
  • Experience translating customer requirements into implementation plans and technical workflows
  • Comfort operating inside classified or otherwise accredited environments, or ability to quickly learn compliance and data-handling constraints
  • Bias toward action and ability to build processes while running deployments
  • Must reside in New York or be able to commute to New York City at least four times a week, Monday–Thursday
  • Ability to work in the NYC office or meet the stated hybrid requirement
  • Legal authorization to work in the country for which applying
  • Education history required in the application
