About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive retention and growth within Kaplan North America’s mid-tier supplemental education account portfolio in partnership with sales leadership
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify and jointly pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Manage renewals for assigned accounts through an email and call cadence
  • Provide customer support to senior leadership stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships
  • Conduct proactive outreach and provide industry-specific insights connecting trends to Kaplan offerings
  • Monitor and report account health and risk, contributing to sales forecasting accuracy
  • Implement relationship-management processes for mid-revenue supplemental accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio stakeholders
  • Develop tailored engagement plans focused on retention, revenue growth, and cross-sell/upsell potential
  • Ensure seamless delivery of customer contracts and identify additional product opportunities
  • Review accounts to identify risks and opportunities, provide feedback, and implement mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with salespeople to execute account growth plans using knowledge of Kaplan products and services
  • Use customer surveys, interviews, CRM, and LMS data to assess engagement and identify opportunities
  • Track partner-engagement metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or Associate’s Degree with four years of experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in customer experience, account management, or program management with a large portfolio of accounts
