About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop, and manage EMEA business development in designated countries
  • Support business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities
  • Reach ambitious sales targets and KPIs for designated countries
  • Develop and convert the sales funnel, including EBIT contribution and revenue generation
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Collaborate with marketing and solution design to deliver compelling value propositions
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industries
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets
  • Experience in a multicultural, matrixed business environment
  • Strong understanding of logistics, sales processes, CRM, and WMS systems
  • Experience with project and team cooperation across regions and within a matrix organisation
  • Ability to be located and home-office based in EMEA
