About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical expert across Kaseya’s security portfolio, including Email Security, Microsoft 365 Defense, SIEM/MDR, and User-Based Security
Conduct deep-dive technical discoveries and deliver customized, scenario-based product demonstrations aligned with client threat profiles
Partner with Account Executives to design robust, multi-layered security and compliance frameworks tailored to client environments
Help clients align their security posture with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and CMMC using Kaseya’s compliance and auditing tools
Provide post-sale technical consulting, assisting with deployment strategies, threat detection configurations, and ongoing security optimization
Collaborate with Product Management to advocate for feature enhancements based on threat intelligence and customer feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of pre-sales or technical solution architecture experience in cybersecurity, email security, or managed security solutions
Hands-on knowledge of Email Security, including phishing defense, DMARC/DKIM/SPF
Microsoft 365 security management experience
SIEM log analysis and MDR workflow knowledge
Solid understanding of user-based security, including IAM, MFA, and Security Awareness Training strategies
Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-171/800-53, and CMMC
Deep familiarity with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and core networking
Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools such as OpenVAS and Nessus
Familiarity with MSP service delivery models, SOC workflows, and ITSM practices
ITSM/ITIL certification is a plus
Proven ability to translate complex threat vectors and compliance requirements into clear business value for C-level executives, technical leads, and non-technical stakeholders
