About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recruit top talent and professionals for the Tech and Product teams
Take independent responsibility for end-to-end recruiting for multiple tech vacancies in the future
Manage the entire application process, including screening pipelines, virtual initial interviews, and interview coordination
Use the applicant tracking system to monitor recruiting processes
Coordinate communication and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Identify qualified potential team members through recruiting channels and networks
Engage candidates in German and English for work in international teams
Act as a sparring partner for specialist departments and understand their requirements and needs
Take responsibility for internal projects and challenge existing processes
Continuously optimize workflows through curiosity and the targeted use of AI tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
Experience in recruiting, ideally including active sourcing, gained through internships, working-student positions, or initial professional employment
Preferably experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment
Strong affinity for the IT/tech sector
Highly structured and analytical approach to work
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a self-organized manner
Ability and willingness to learn new topics quickly
Initial experience developing AI-supported processes is a plus
Willingness to work in a predominantly English-speaking environment
Ability to attract and engage candidates in both German and English
