About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop APS-3 project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
  • Participate in executing, directing, evaluating, and implementing logistical actions between AFSBn-CHS, program leadership, and operations supervisors
  • Develop high-level integrated master schedules for stakeholder requirements
  • Refine systems and methods to improve schedule forecasts and anticipate customer requirements
  • Develop asset management products and KPI reports
  • Produce clear, concise, well-structured emails, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with proposals and cost estimates
  • Uphold KBR's Zero Harm safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must obtain and maintain local base access
  • Must be capable of getting a minimum of a SECRET security clearance
  • Working knowledge of GCSS-Army
  • Strong computer skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS-Project, MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power BI
  • Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • SQL (Structured Query Language) experience
  • Must be able to stand between 2 to 3 hours per day
  • Must be able to walk between 4 to 5 hours per day
  • Must be able to lift up to 35–50 lbs. periodically
  • Must be able to squat, kneel, bend, reach, and climb periodically
  • Must be able to work outside and inside in non-climate-controlled environments
