About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as Key Account Manager for the EDF Nuclear Key Account, supporting the Client Director
  • Deliver and report on sales and business development activities, including orders and revenue
  • Oversee business development efforts across EDF Nuclear sectors
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks
  • Provide forecasting and reporting on pipeline, orders, revenue, profitability, sales performance and market intelligence
  • Lead and line manage Business Development Managers, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring
  • Support campaign development and execution
  • Work with Capability and Delivery teams to align market opportunities with technical knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strategic account management and development
  • Market development and growth planning
  • Experience working across technical and commercial teams
  • Knowledge of EDF and nuclear sectors desirable
  • Collaborative working approach
  • Ability to undergo pre-employment screening
  • Must satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting
  • Cover letter of maximum two A4 pages detailing suitability, relevant interests and experience, EDF Nuclear market insights, 2030 strategy, anticipated challenges and mitigations
