About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and execute complex projects with focus on operational efficiency, resource management, and budget adherence
- Oversee daily operations of the USAFE-AFAFRICA BOS (UABOS) contract at multiple locations within Türkiye and Spain
- Act on behalf of KBR regarding daily contract operations, unionized and non-unionized labor, financial obligations, and contractual requirements
- Make decisions and respond to the Client, Customer, and KBR Leadership in a timely manner
- Interface with local and Ramstein-based client personnel, Air Force leadership, and host nation leadership
- Manage program and site management, civil engineering, force support, logistics support, safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, ambulance services, medical maintenance operations, administrative services, and transient alert
- Monitor, document, and ensure contractual performance objectives within the PWS and appendices are met
- Support the Business Development team with requests for information, proposal reviews, and proposal development
- Ensure self-assessments are completed for PMR/PSR, CPARs, and other performance evaluations
- Identify and present opportunities to grow the program using contractor-initiated proposals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in the appropriate discipline
- 5 years of experience in KBR Program/Project Management
- Current onsite Program/Project management experience at one or more UABOS Sites
- Experience directing and managing a large multi-national and unionized labor force
- Experience with Collective Labor Agreement Negotiations and Implementation
- Experience with KBR and Government Property and Materials Control
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Familiarity and experience with established KBR policies, procedures, systems, and requirements
- Experience managing and growing a program
- Experience managing a budget of over $100M annually is a plus
- Experience running a program as a tenant on a foreign base is preferred
