About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate key ceremonies (PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt)
Track team commitments
Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and development teams
Track velocity, predictability, and deliverable quality
Initiate concrete corrective actions
Coordinate the release schedule, milestones, dependencies, and go/no-go decisions
Align Product Train deliveries with Delivery teams and system integrators
Identify friction points in Product and Engineering practices
Redesign workflows with teams, integrating AI wherever it delivers measurable value
Experiment with human/AI ways of working on real-world use cases
Measure the impact on lead times, quality, and collaboration
Support the gradual adoption of effective practices while preserving synchronization across squads
Work alongside the Train Product Manager, Train Architect, and development teams to facilitate Product Train execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in agile coordination within software development teams
Hands-on experience leading or implementing an AI transformation in a business environment
Ability to structure workflows combining AI tools, human intervention, and team responsibilities
Strong understanding of SaaS development, delivery, and DevOps / CI/CD practices
Knowledge of SAFe is a plus
Servant leadership, pragmatism, rigor, a passion for experimentation, and the ability to build alignment without formal authority
Professional proficiency in French and English
Fluency in both French and English required
