About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Business Value Team and grow a team of consultants
  • Recruit team members, develop skills, prioritize work, and allocate workload across accounts
  • Define the team’s roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics, and report progress to the executive committee
  • Represent the business voice on the executive committee and contribute to strategic decisions, product prioritization, and commercial positioning
  • Decide on team engagement for the highest-priority accounts and opportunities
  • Lead discovery workshops and interviews with supply chain, operations, e-commerce, IT, and finance leaders
  • Understand business processes and identify inefficiencies and value-creation opportunities
  • Translate clients’ strategic and financial objectives into actionable value levers enabled by the OMS
  • Build investment business cases and model expected benefits, costs, payback periods, and scenarios
  • Present and defend financial models before executive committees and finance departments
  • Turn ad hoc analyses into reusable methodologies and models
  • Define benchmark KPIs, establish baselines, and organize before-and-after measurements
  • Structure performance management dashboards
  • Collaborate with Data, Product, and Delivery teams to make data access reliable and scalable
  • Embed value tracking into client governance
  • Document results as success stories for the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Support Sales teams with value propositions, RFPs, presentations, and pitches
  • Inform the product roadmap and identify expansion opportunities among existing clients
  • Train and equip internal teams and implementation partners
  • Produce content and represent Kbrw at industry trade shows and conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, or an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering complemented by an MSc in Supply Chain Management or an MBA
  • An additional certification, such as APICS CPIM, is a strong plus
  • A combination of supply chain expertise, operational management experience, and value analysis and consulting skills
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, with a particular focus on distribution and omnichannel models
  • Financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Knowledge of Python is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with SAP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, or other ERP and supply chain management software is a strong plus
  • Strategic and systems-oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze and break down complex processes
  • Creative and critical thinking to solve business challenges
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
