Process inbound and outbound call center phone calls
Create and process ticket requests, documenting work performed
Provide remote troubleshooting for customer Building Automation Systems and Facilities
Provide telephone support and troubleshooting using multiple Energy Management System interfaces
Direct on-site third-party personnel supporting technical troubleshooting
Interpret and analyze data from HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, and lighting systems
Monitor installations and prepare reports with recommendations for optimizing energy usage, asset efficiency, and troubleshooting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Availability to work nights, weekdays, or weekends, averaging 8 hours per shift, ranging from 8pm to 4am
Native Spanish and advanced English (C1)
Reliable power supply, wired high-speed internet connection, and a distraction-free environment
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
Capability to communicate technical information accessibly to non-technical personnel
Collaborative mindset
Active student or bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering is a plus
Great interpersonal skills and inclination for learning new systems
