About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities across the US dental market
  • Build and manage the new-business pipeline from first contact through signed agreement
  • Develop and execute territory and account-acquisition strategy, prioritizing the Southeast and Florida and building nationwide coverage
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new clients and partners
  • Represent the company at US trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, dental associations, and industry influencers
  • Support early adopters with product training, workflow integration, and troubleshooting
  • Provide sales support to existing distribution partners, including roadshows and joint sales visits
  • Track and report pipeline, revenue, and adoption metrics
  • Monitor US dental market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
  • Feed market and technical insight back to the product team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience in the dental laboratory world, such as dental technician training or equivalent practical experience with prosthetic workflows and CAD/CAM
  • 3+ years in a commercial or sales role since leaving the bench, with a clear revenue number carried and met (5+ years preferred)
  • Proven hunter track record: prospecting, opening, and closing new direct accounts
  • Ability to discuss material properties, indications, and case selection credibly with a technical audience
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Willingness to travel extensively, estimated at 50 to 80 percent of the time
  • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Based in the United States, ideally in or around Miami, Florida, or elsewhere on the East Coast if working remotely
  • Preferred: existing network across US dental laboratories, DSOs, or clinics
  • Preferred: experience introducing new material or technology into an established clinical or laboratory workflow
  • Preferred: experience selling to DSOs and consolidated laboratory or clinic groups
  • Preferred: startup, subsidiary launch, or build-from-zero commercial experience
  • Preferred: CAD/CAM, milling, or digital dentistry certifications
  • Preferred: business or commercial qualification alongside a technical background
  • Preferred: familiarity with US regulatory context for dental materials
  • Preferred: CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Preferred: Spanish or French language skills
