Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve fulfillment expectations
Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by developing relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers
Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
Attend scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service focused
MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required
Ability to travel up to 30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events
