Ensure assessment and selection processes use consistent, fair, and equitable practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity required
Customer-centric ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
Action-oriented, taking on tasks with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Solid time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
Situational adaptability and learning agility
Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
