Develop and implement strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of work experience
Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira
Expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
Experience with risk management tools and techniques, including SWOT analysis and Monte Carlo simulations
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project initiatives to successful completion
Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage and mitigate project risks and issues
Capacity to advise senior leadership on project feasibility, resource allocation, and strategic alignment
