About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and own the demand-generation plan against Kestra's enterprise go-to-market strategy
  • Establish program and pipeline targets with the Head of Marketing and Sales
  • Build Kestra's enterprise account-tiering model and target-account priorities
  • Coordinate outbound campaigns across Marketing, Growth Engineering, and Business Development
  • Identify open-source deployments with production-scale, multi-user, enterprise-shaped usage
  • Build multi-threaded account programs engaging technical, operational, and economic buyers
  • Design and run integrated campaigns across paid media, content, email, webinars, and events
  • Run paid acquisition directly in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including targeting, creative testing, and spend pacing
  • Shape account-based and competitive-displacement strategy
  • Own execution of the flagship legacy-displacement campaign
  • Own landing pages, nurture copy, and conversion paths
  • Coordinate contact-level outreach with Business Development
  • Build nurture and lifecycle programs moving prospects and self-serve users toward enterprise conversations
  • Improve conversion across the funnel
  • Instrument programs and attribute contribution to pipeline
  • Report qualified accounts, pipeline generated and progressed, and program efficiency
  • Own demand-generation budget and channel allocation
  • Manage agencies and partners where appropriate
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and Growth Engineering
  • Report to the Head of Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 6+ years in demand generation, growth, or account-based marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Direct ownership of pipeline targets and outcomes
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns across paid, content, email, and events
  • Experience with lifecycle and nurture programs
  • Experience with ABM strategy
  • Experience with marketing-to-sales handoff
  • Hands-on experience building and running campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Ability to explain campaign changes and their effects on acquisition efficiency, account engagement, or pipeline
  • Ability to automate and treat campaigns as experiments
  • Comfort partnering with a technical growth-engineering function rather than owning tooling end to end
  • Analytical rigor, including pulling data, building views, and interrogating pipeline reports
  • Ability to use AI tools, verify claims against primary sources, and review outputs critically
  • Familiarity with developer-led, open-source, or product-led motions, or ability to learn one quickly
  • Ability to operate independently with urgency and ownership in fast-scaling environments
  • Genuine respect for the open-source community
