About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn marketing into predictable pipeline for Sales
- Design and run programs across events, campaigns, and account-based marketing
- Work with Sales and RevOps to set pipeline targets and measure program performance
- Decide which conferences, side events, and dinners merit investment
- Manage the marketing program budget and agency relationships
- Plan and run event programs, including sponsor deliverables, side events, logistics, swag, staffing, and lead follow-up
- Build demand generation campaigns from targeting through offer and sequencing
- Create and improve nurture tracks for enterprise prospects and self-serve users
- Work with Sales on target accounts and account plans
- Run account-based marketing programs such as targeted ads, direct mail, and executive dinners
- Run paid media programs and connect spending to pipeline
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on priorities and budget
- Help determine program scaling and future team needs
- Build a repeatable event playbook during the first 90 days
- Launch campaigns and nurture tracks with Sales and RevOps
- Create a shared program calendar and budget plan
- Report on performance and recommend future investment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building demand generation and event programs at a B2B technical company that produced measurable pipeline for an enterprise sales team
- Hands-on experience planning and running events, including vendors, budgets, and follow-up
- Comfort with HubSpot or a similar tool
- Understanding of scoring, routing, and attribution
- Experience partnering with RevOps
- Experience managing a marketing budget and paid media, directly or through an agency
- Ability to work closely with AEs and SDRs
- Ability to launch quickly, learn from results, and scale effective programs
- Use of agents and automation tools to improve efficiency
- Experience at a developer tools, infrastructure, or security company is a plus
- Experience supporting both self-serve and sales-led funnels is a plus
- Experience running executive programs or field marketing for enterprise security buyers is a plus
- Management experience is a plus, not required
- Authorization to work in the United States or Canada
