About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape enterprise positioning for security and platform buyers in collaboration with Product and the founders
  • Run win-loss analysis and track competitors across the agent security landscape
  • Convert market intelligence into improved positioning and product input
  • Research enterprise buyers, understand their priorities and purchasing processes, and share actionable insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Build sales enablement materials including discovery questions, pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling, and case studies
  • Train the sales team on enablement materials
  • Plan enterprise product launches from strategy through announcement
  • Develop a launch-tiering framework and playbook
  • Collaborate with DevRel and Engineering on launch content
  • Coordinate launch work across Marketing, Product, and Sales
  • Turn customer wins into case studies and references with Sales and post-sales
  • Prepare analyst briefings and executive-conversation materials for enterprise prospects
  • Learn the product, customers, and competitive landscape during the first 90 days
  • Ship a refreshed enterprise pitch deck, competitive battlecards, and objection handling
  • Create a launch playbook and run the first enterprise launch
  • Publish the first customer case study

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant product marketing experience at a security, identity, or infrastructure company selling top-down to enterprises
  • Experience leading a product marketing function while maintaining an individual-contributor mindset
  • Ability to learn complex technical products quickly and explain them credibly to security and engineering audiences
  • Experience building sales materials and training used by representatives, with measurable results such as win rates or deal velocity
  • Close partnership with Sales, including spending time on customer calls and learning from the field
  • Ability to turn complicated ideas into simple, persuasive messaging
  • Use of AI agents for research, competitive analysis, and content
  • Experience in identity (IAM, PAM, non-human identity) or zero-trust security is advantageous
  • Experience with analyst relations or category creation is advantageous
  • Experience building enablement and launch programs at an early-stage company is advantageous
  • Experience marketing developer tools or platforms is advantageous
  • Experience with both top-down enterprise sales and bottom-up, product-led adoption is advantageous
  • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada
