About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of locally built reports, dashboards and automations and make them production-ready
Replace manual steps with scheduled, automated processes
Add error handling, logging, failure alerting, managed credentials, hosting and access control
Document tooling for ongoing support
Build and maintain integrations with CRM, Microsoft 365, Atlassian tooling, data warehousing and reporting platforms
Work with REST APIs and authenticated services, including pagination, rate limits, retries and partial failures
Build reliable scheduled data pipelines
Apply Keyloop security and compliance requirements to data handling
Use Claude and Microsoft Copilot in the development process
Build integrations and applications using LLM APIs
Establish standards for tooling, hosting, scheduling and documentation
Review and technically assess tooling built elsewhere
Use version control, testing and repeatable deployment
Collaborate with Support, Retention, Operations, Knowledge & Education, Technology, IT and AI Centre of Excellence teams
Own deliverables end to end, from requirements through production operation
Reduce manual reporting and data preparation for teams supporting automotive retailers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, including building and running systems in production
Strong TypeScript and Node.js, or strong Python with the ability to work confidently in TypeScript
Proven experience integrating REST APIs and authenticated third-party services, including OAuth, token handling, pagination, rate limits, retries and error handling
SQL and experience working with data from more than one source system
Experience automating manual or fragile processes, including scheduled jobs, logging, monitoring and failure alerting
Comfortable with containerised deployment, managed secrets, version control and repeatable release practices
Ability to work effectively in unfamiliar codebases
Interest in AI-assisted development and LLM tooling, and willingness to build with it day to day
Ability to communicate clearly in English, written and verbal, with non-technical stakeholders
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, or able to relocate there
