About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, configure, and operate network infrastructure
- Deliver complex technical projects and network implementations
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, latency, and connectivity issues
- Provide second- and third-line technical support for network issues and escalations
- Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure across on-premises datacentres and cloud environments
- Manage incidents and problems within agreed SLAs
- Own network incidents and participate in change activities
- Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to ensure high availability and performance of business-critical services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Network Engineer
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, and firewalls
- Strong practical knowledge of Cisco solutions and technologies, including ASA, FTD, switches, routers, and ACS
- Strong expertise in VPN setup and troubleshooting
- Cisco CCNP certification (preferable)
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud environment
- Keyloop does not require academic qualifications; selection is based on experience and potential
