About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver against sales objectives for the Canada region
  • Meet sales targets by partnering with the Portfolio team to identify opportunities and conduct joint sales presentations
  • Produce quarterly sales plans
  • Produce accurate quarterly and annual forecasts
  • Implement and fully utilise the Keyloop Sales Model and core processes
  • Work with Canadian sales leaders on regional strategy, pipeline planning, and execution
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Teams to present a joined-up One Keyloop approach to customers
  • Ensure solutions are successful in market
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to produce sales support materials
  • Work with Product, Sales, Pre-Sales, and other departments on customer engagement and opportunity execution
  • Keep product sales presentations and POS materials up to date and upload them to shared portals
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor products
  • Travel within Canada for client and internal team meetings, with occasional international travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience
  • Experience within the automotive sector beneficial
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Canadian French language capability is a benefit
  • Track record in selling business solutions, software, services, or technology-enabled process improvements
  • Ability to understand customer challenges, align solutions to business outcomes, and articulate value to stakeholders at varied levels
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to deliver solutions meeting business and technical requirements
  • Proven track record of sales quota attainment
  • Customer-focused maturity and diplomacy when managing engagement at varied client-organization levels
  • Ability to implement a structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling, and Closing Techniques
  • Experience using Salesforce/SF.com
  • Self-driven, ambitious, resilient, highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, and excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised in a process-oriented environment
  • Computer literate
  • Based in Canada
