About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process assigned SAP master data tasks as directed by Lilly
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet established deadlines
- Communicate issues that may impact task completion timelines to the LDA team
- Create, modify, maintain, and inactivate PR&D SAP master data
- Perform second-person verification of SAP master data entries
- Assist in creating and maintaining material specification packages in Quality Docs
- Support mass updates to SAP master data using tools such as DSP
- Participate in change and deviation management activities related to master data and specifications
- Complete assigned master data and FING specification tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience acceptable as replacement)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Familiarity with specification management tools (e.g., Quality Docs, Trackwise)
- Understanding of master data governance
- Strong attention to detail & data accuracy
- Ability to work in a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, manufacturing)
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
