About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process end-to-end timekeeping and monitor attendance through the timekeeping system
- Ensure the accuracy of attendance records for payroll purposes
- Track and monitor employee leave credits and usage
- Prepare attendance reports for approval
- Assist with payroll processing, including clearance and final pay processing for separated employees
- Support monthly and yearly reporting, including annualization and BIR 2316 distribution
- Gather and maintain complete employee documentation, such as contracts, JDs, government IDs, loan information, and bank details
- Assist auditors by providing required support documentation
- Resolve discrepancies in payroll, attendance records, employee information, or documentation
- Provide employee support by ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Participate in People and Culture programs, projects, and activities
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as defined from time to time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledgeable in using HRIS and timekeeping software
- Proficient in Excel, formulas, and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Strict data confidentiality
- Strong numerical skills
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in processing timekeeping
- Background in payroll or HR general operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
