About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and deliver motion graphics for various media aligned with client needs
Perform basic editing tasks and create rough sound beds for edit projects when required
Create graphical templates for other Artists and Clients
Lead designers and motion artists according to project size
Support strategic development of the Motion team with guidance and expertise
Advise on design, editing, and motion elements during ideation
Initiate projects and deliver innovative solutions using current software and motion graphics techniques
Collect and compile project files efficiently upon delivery
Collaborate with Creatives and Artists to bring concepts, scripts, and storyboards to life
Follow brief guidelines while meeting client expectations
Support quality-control checks on design and motion projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience in Motion Graphics
Strong experience with Design & Editing
Extended knowledge and technical ability with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, and relevant software
Strong understanding of capabilities and integrations with Da Vinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Maya, and similar software
Strong Motion Graphics portfolio and keen eye for design and aesthetics
Experience managing Designers and Motion Artists
High-level visual and conceptual skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and task-prioritization skills
Strong collaborative skills with team members and stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
Continuous desire to learn new techniques and technology
Willingness to work the mid-shift aligned with UK time zone
Flexibility to report onsite based on company events, client visits, or other business needs
