About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and manage stages of recruitment processes for Field and Corporate positions exclusively for people with disabilities;
- Screen and review resumes according to the requirements of each position;
- Contact and support candidates throughout the recruitment process;
- Support profile alignment and coordinate hiring needs with managers;
- Advertise job openings through various channels;
- Monitor processes in the applicant tracking system, keeping information and stages up to date;
- Support the tracking of deadlines, metrics, and job status;
- Follow up with candidates regarding the documentation required for the process, including requesting and receiving medical reports;
- Forward documents and medical reports to the responsible departments and monitor the progress of their reviews;
- Support the organization of records and information related to the recruitment of people with disabilities;
- Contribute to a welcoming, clear, and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Interest in working in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition processes;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when tracking documents and deadlines;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences;
- Welcoming, responsible, and collaborative approach;
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
