About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for the Direct Materials Category (Sauces and Seasonings, Packaging, Bread, Produce, and Grocery), from identifying demand through contracting.
Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and supplier negotiations.
Assess cost impacts and propose structured cost-reduction alternatives.
Monitor price fluctuations and market trends.
Identify new suppliers, conduct market research, and map competitive alternatives.
Lead supplier qualification processes, including document review, risk assessment, and compliance evaluation.
Monitor supplier performance indicators (quality, delivery, and cost).
Ensure compliance with internal policies, compliance requirements, Brazil’s LGPD, and contractual clauses.
Record processes in the system, ensuring traceability and transparency.
Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal).
Participate in new product, capacity expansion, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Previous procurement experience, preferably in the food, retail, or fast-food industries.
Analytical mindset and an ownership perspective regarding assigned categories.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Strong analytical skills and a systems perspective.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
