About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, review, and update travel, mobility, and fleet management policies, taking into account market benchmarks, utilization data, and budget guidelines;
Lead quotation, negotiation, and vendor evaluation processes for Facilities, mobility, travel, and fleet services, seeking cost efficiency and service quality;
Prepare performance indicators and management reports related to department costs, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting leadership decision-making;
Manage outsourced service contracts, monitoring contractual, legal, and documentation requirements to mitigate operational and compliance risks;
Establish guidelines and procedures for access control and physical security at administrative facilities;
Coordinate infrastructure, layout, and corporate workplace improvement projects, working jointly with internal departments and suppliers;
Support the planning and monitoring of the department’s annual budget, contributing to efficient resource management;
Serve as a technical reference in Facilities, sharing knowledge and guiding other team members to promote delivery quality and professional development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in Facilities, including policy development, supplier negotiations, and contract and fleet management;
Knowledge of corporate travel, mobility, and fleet management policies;
Experience managing outsourced contracts and ensuring service provider compliance;
Knowledge of cost analysis, budget planning, and performance indicators;
Advanced Excel skills;
Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and supplier management skills;
Knowledge of or experience with infrastructure, layout, and corporate workplace projects;
Postgraduate qualification in Facilities Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field is a plus;
Knowledge of Power BI or other dashboard tools is a plus;
Experience in companies with multi-site operations or in the food service and retail sectors is a plus.
