About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop Kickmaker’s brand and grow group revenue and top line in North America
  • Define and implement US commercial and organizational strategy
  • Monitor revenue, bookings, contribution margin, sales pipeline, and other commercial KPIs
  • Participate in strategic decisions regarding regional resource allocation
  • Improve management tools and sales processes
  • Stay informed about R&D initiatives affecting offerings or commercial approach
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract signature
  • Oversee pricing strategies and offer consistency with margin targets and company commercial policy
  • Organize opportunity reviews and manage sales prioritization
  • Manage collective objectives of the sales team
  • Ensure client contracts are high quality and compliant with standard Terms & Conditions
  • Update and optimize contract templates annually
  • Structure and lead the sales team
  • Recruit, train, and support sales team professional development and new offerings
  • Maintain professionalism in client relationships, presentations, and proposals
  • Manage commercial crises with company leadership
  • Identify commercial resource needs and lead sales recruitment and onboarding
  • Ensure onboarding, performance monitoring, and continuous training compliance
  • Maintain accurate commercial data and contractual information in PSA and CRM tools
  • Approve Sales team timesheets, expense reports, and leave requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in company transformation initiatives
  • Represent Management for strategic clients and key accounts
  • Support company operations, brand image, and compliance with applicable procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Experience developing commercial and organizational strategy in the United States
  • Experience leading the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature
  • Experience overseeing pricing strategies and margin targets
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and commercial KPIs
  • Experience structuring and leading sales teams
  • Experience recruiting, training, onboarding, and developing sales team members
  • Experience managing client relationships, presentations, proposals, and commercial crises
  • Experience with commercial data in PSA and CRM tools
  • Experience with contracts, standard Terms & Conditions, and compliance
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent management to strategic clients
  • Ability to work in Seattle, Washington, USA
