About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the joint business plan for Kimberly-Clark’s Adult Care and Feminine Care business at HEB
  • Collaborate with category, finance, shopper marketing, digital, and other Kimberly-Clark capabilities alongside HEB buyers and leadership
  • Maintain customer relationships and implement Kimberly-Clark brand strategies and tactics with HEB
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute omni-channel joint business plans and deliver financial goals and metrics
  • Drive distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising programs supporting category and Kimberly-Clark growth strategies
  • Develop and deliver insights and plans to execute national plans and deliver share growth
  • Track business performance, identify gaps, and develop corrective actions to achieve joint business plan goals
  • Identify opportunities to streamline activities and focus on highest-value work
  • Pursue strategic opportunities including line reviews, joint business plans, and innovation summits
  • Execute business management processes using insights and business-performance analysis to identify trends and strategy shifts
  • Develop strategic business plans jointly with customer buyers, category managers, and other key customers to drive volume and profit growth
  • Manage customer relationships for assigned Kimberly-Clark categories
  • Engage cross-functional teams on priorities and resolve resource gaps
  • Use planning tools to manage volume and trade and adjust plans to meet objectives
  • Keep teams informed about competitor performance, marketplace conditions, and opportunity/gap management, and develop recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidate should be located within 2.5 hours of Austin, San Antonio, Dallas or Houston
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of progressive exempt status experience in sales, business, customer management, and customer development
  • Proficient in customer, category and trade management
  • Experience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and K-C customer/retailer accounts preferred
  • Proven record of exceeding sales objectives preferred
  • Track record of developing and executing unique solutions and innovation to customers preferred
  • Sales, relationship-building, oral, verbal and written communication, results and strategy orientation, business intuition, ethical judgment and decision making, business management and planning, statistics and quantitative business analysis, change management, and team management skills
  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand, and shelf reset experience
  • Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mentoring, networking, resource management, prioritization and time management, cross-functional relationships, customer service problem solving, adaptability, and process improvement skills
  • Employment subject to verification of local policies and pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, and DMV check
