About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the joint business plan for Kimberly-Clark’s Adult Care and Feminine Care business at HEB
- Collaborate with category, finance, shopper marketing, digital, and other Kimberly-Clark capabilities alongside HEB’s buyer and leadership team
- Maintain customer relationships and implement Kimberly-Clark brand strategies and tactics with HEB
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute omnichannel joint business plans and deliver financial goals and metrics
- Drive distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising programs supporting category and Kimberly-Clark growth strategies
- Develop and deliver insights and plans to execute national plans and deliver share growth
- Track business performance, identify gaps, and develop corrective actions to achieve joint business plan goals
- Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify activities
- Pursue strategic priorities including line reviews, joint business plans, and innovation summits
- Execute business management processes using insights and business performance analysis to identify trends and strategy shifts
- Develop strategic business plans jointly with customer buyers, category managers, and other key customers to drive volume and profit growth
- Manage customer relationships for assigned Kimberly-Clark categories
- Engage cross-functional teams on high-priority activities and resolve resource gaps
- Manage business plans using planning tools that reflect volume and trade
- Keep teams informed about competitor performance, marketplace conditions, and opportunity/gap management, and develop recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate should be located within 2.5 hours of Austin, San Antonio, Dallas or Houston
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of progressive exempt status experience in sales, business, customer management, and customer development
- Proficient in customer, category and trade management
- Experience working in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and with K-C customer/retailer accounts preferred
- Proven record of exceeding sales objectives preferred
- Track record of developing and executing unique solutions and innovation to customers preferred
- Sales, customer relationship building, oral, verbal and written communication, results and strategy orientation, business intuition, ethical judgment and decision making, business management and planning, statistics and quantitative business analysis, change management, and team management skills
- Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand, and shelf reset experience
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Mentoring, networking, resource management, prioritization and time management, cross-functional relationships, customer service problem solving, adaptability, and process improvement skills
- Employment subject to verification of local policies and pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, and DMV check
