About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the joint business plan for Kimberly-Clark’s Adult Care and Feminine Care business at HEB
  • Collaborate with category, finance, shopper marketing, digital, sales, and other Kimberly-Clark capabilities alongside HEB buyers and leadership
  • Maintain customer relationships and implement Kimberly-Clark brand strategies and tactics with HEB
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute an omni-channel joint business plan
  • Develop and execute distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising programs
  • Develop and deliver insights and plans to execute national plans and drive share growth
  • Analyze business performance, track objectives, and develop corrective actions to close gaps
  • Identify opportunities to streamline activities and focus on high-value priorities
  • Pursue strategic opportunities including line reviews, joint business plans, and innovation summits
  • Execute business management processes using insights and business-performance analysis
  • Develop strategic business plans jointly with customer buyers and category managers to drive volume and profit growth
  • Manage customer relationships for assigned Kimberly-Clark categories
  • Identify resource gaps and resolve issues for critical activities
  • Use planning tools to manage volume and trade and adjust plans to meet objectives
  • Monitor competitor performance and marketplace conditions and develop recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of progressive exempt status experience in sales, business, customer management, and customer development
  • Proficiency in customer, category, and trade management
  • Preferred: experience in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and K-C customer/retailer accounts
  • Preferred: proven record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Preferred: track record of developing and executing unique solutions and innovation for customers
  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand, and shelf reset experience
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Skills in sales, relationship building, oral/verbal/written communication, business management and planning, statistics and quantitative business analysis, change management, and team management
  • Candidate should be located within 2.5 hours of Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, or Houston
  • Employment subject to verification of local policies and pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, and DMV check
