About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the joint business plan for Kimberly-Clark’s Meijer business
- Work with category, finance, shopper marketing, digital and other K-C capabilities alongside Meijer’s buyer and leadership team
- Maintain customer relationships and implement K-C brand strategies and tactics
- Lead the total team in developing and executing an omni-channel JBP
- Deliver financial goals and metrics, including JBP and K-C targets
- Drive development and execution of distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising programs
- Develop and deliver insights and plans to execute national plans and deliver share growth
- Track key objectives through business-performance analysis
- Develop corrective actions to close gaps to JBP goals
- Streamline and simplify team activities to focus on highest-value work
- Identify opportunities supporting strategic priorities such as line reviews, JBPs and innovation summits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of progressive exempt status experience in sales, business, customer management, and customer development
- Proficient in customer, category and trade management
- CPG industry experience and K-C customer/retailer account/s experience preferred
- Proven record of exceeding sales objectives preferred
- Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand experience, and shelf reset experience preferred
- Solid skills in Excel & PowerPoint preferred
- Experience in sales and building excellent relationships
- Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
