About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the joint business plan for Kimberly-Clark’s Meijer business
  • Work with category, finance, shopper marketing, digital, and other K-C capabilities alongside Meijer’s buyer and leadership team
  • Maintain customer relationships and implement K-C brand strategies and tactics
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute an omni-channel joint business plan
  • Develop and execute distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising programs
  • Develop and deliver insights and plans to execute national plans and drive share growth
  • Track business performance, identify gaps, and develop corrective actions
  • Streamline team activities to focus on highest-value work
  • Pursue strategic opportunities including line reviews, joint business planning, and innovation summits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of progressive exempt status experience in sales, business, customer management, and customer development
  • Proficient in customer, category and trade management
  • CPG industry experience and K-C customer/retailer account/s experience preferred
  • Proven record of exceeding sales objectives preferred
  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand experience, and shelf reset experience preferred
  • Solid skills in Excel & PowerPoint preferred
  • Experience in Sales, building excellent relationships, oral, verbal and written communication, results and strategy orientation, business intuition, ethical judgment and decision making, business management and planning, creative problem-solving, statistics and quantitative business analysis, change management and team management
  • Mentoring, networking, resource management, prioritization and time management, cross-functional relationships, customer service problem solving, adaptability, and process improvement
