About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop data-driven decision-making insights for Enterprise Supply Chain end-to-end operations
  • Focus on process mining and analytics to ensure supply chain business process and technology capabilities are effective and efficient
  • Direct data scientists and supply chain consultants in day-to-day functional activities
  • Engage with ESC Operating Office leadership, Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, Global Supply Chain, and DTS
  • Create and maintain data architecture for process mining
  • Develop KPI metrics, automation, and analyses for sustained problem-solving
  • Partner with a DTS product team and Global Supply Chain Process Mining COE
  • Set product vision and winning strategies, represent customer needs, and measure product value
  • Lead stakeholders in understanding data and analytical needs for initiatives and functional strategy
  • Develop and improve network analysis processes, model cycle times, and communicate recommendations
  • Manage analysis requests, assumptions, data analysis, and trade-off comparisons
  • Drive implementation of technology supporting network analysis agility, speed, and accuracy
  • Oversee business opportunities, initiatives, roadmaps, and change management
  • Lead strategic cross-functional improvement opportunities across Supply Chain
  • Lead, hire, coach, and develop team members
  • Drive data and analytics adoption in organizational decision-making
  • Collaborate with DTS Product Team on feature vision, business outcomes, KPIs, progress, and value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical field
  • 8+ years of business experience with 5+ years of cross-functional Supply Chain experience
  • 5+ years of working experience in data science, analytics and/or data modeling
  • Advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting dashboard design and development experience
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn new analytical and automation tools
  • Demonstrated leadership in executing innovative solutions through process and technology
  • Working knowledge of Kimberly-Clark’s supply chain interactions preferred
  • Strong technical/analytic skills and experience with SAP R/3, Business Warehouse (BW), SAP S4, Power BI, Power Query, and Celonis EMS preferred
  • Experience with statistical modeling, R, Python, Excel, and machine learning techniques preferred
  • Advanced experience with relational database structure, data architecture design, SQL, SAP HANA / VDMs, and Snowflake preferred
  • Strong project management knowledge preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams preferred; Agile certification such as CSPO or PSPO preferred
  • MBA or MS in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics or technology preferred
  • Must be a local candidate already authorized to work in the role’s country
  • Employment subject to pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, and DMV check
