About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-visibility, high-ROI procurement projects across categories
- Provide category teams with analytics, RFP/RFQ/RFI content development, and business case building for sourcing execution
- Provide analytical support, including should-cost analysis and scenario modeling, for market events
- Accelerate value delivery on sourcing efforts through analytics, rigor, and analysis capabilities
- Lead projects using agile principles and problem-solving frameworks
- Drive incremental value through critical-thinking and problem-solving tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and support leadership
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies aligned with cost-saving and organizational objectives
- Develop templates to standardize sourcing analytics and support knowledge management
- Build expertise in and leverage Coupa and Coupa Sourcing Optimization
- Contribute to the Procurement Agile Playbook and promote agile culture and problem-solving adoption
- Build expertise in analytical tools, models, and frameworks
- Participate in procurement communities of practice and shared learning
- Provide upstream SCM support when connected to Agile events
- Report to the Procurement Agile Squad Manager as an individual contributor on an agile squad
- Travel less than 10% may be required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or other related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in quantitative and/or business skills such as Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Strategic Category Management, Supply Chain or Consulting
- Experience managing and delivering projects for executive stakeholders
- Solid analytical and communication skills with ability to engage with and influence internal stakeholders and external partners
- Demonstrated record of delivering solid business results
- Advanced English and Spanish skills
- Advanced working knowledge of COUPA, MS Office, and other relevant e-procurement tools and systems
- Experience with NGS and SCM processes; specific experience running sourcing events
- Ability to work in the country in which the role is based; work authorization required
- Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain or another business discipline preferred
- Demonstrated experience solving projects as an internal or external consultant
