About the role

  • Follow the onboarding process while supporting the broader Customer Success team when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in customer onboarding or another customer-facing role
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • French is an asset
  • Strong listening and probing skills
  • Comfortable teaching and explaining products
  • Fast, practical problem-solving suited to real dealership situations
  • Clear, persuasive presentation skills
  • Organized, tenacious follow-up
  • Availability for a 14-month maternity-leave replacement contract
  • Desired start date: Mid-November
