About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define what gets built, prioritize features, and oversee projects through delivery
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and dealership operations
  • Interact directly with customers and account managers to understand the realities of dealership operations
  • Visit dealerships to observe after-sales service operations firsthand
  • Build prototypes
  • Write clear specifications with acceptance criteria that developers can execute
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams, answer questions, unblock decisions, and ensure delivery quality
  • Use AI to specify, prototype, and analyze
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of releases and guide continuous improvement
  • Champion the product strategy with the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing to prepare the launch and adoption of new features

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in software product management or a related role, with hands-on responsibility for defining and delivering features
  • B2B SaaS experience is an asset
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Comfortable writing specifications and collaborating daily with developers and designers
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity to understand problems before solving them
  • Sound judgment to determine what needs to be fixed before release, along with the ability to explain decisions based on data, customer feedback, and observations
  • Curiosity and initiative; daily use of AI and a willingness to experiment
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to share context, listen before making decisions, and give credit to the team
  • Curiosity about the automotive industry and after-sales service operations
