Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage a portfolio of 10-15 childcare centers and more than $10M in revenue
Lead a team of Center Directors
Provide Center Directors with tools, coaching, and mentorship
Recruit, develop, empower, and engage Center Directors and teaching staff
Drive focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence throughout the district
Nurture customer relationships throughout the market
Support sound business decisions with children and families in mind
Identify sales opportunities and drive business decisions to increase revenue, customer retention, and acquisition

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader
Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a successful team
Strong business insight; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities
Leadership experience in a customer and talent-focused environment
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
