About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage a portfolio of 10-15 childcare centers
- Lead a team of Center Directors
- Provide Center Directors with tools, coaching, and mentorship
- Recruit, develop, empower, and engage Center Directors and teaching staff
- Drive quality, accreditation, and educational excellence throughout the district
- Nurture customer relationships throughout the market
- Support sound business decisions with children and families in mind
- Identify sales opportunities and drive decisions to increase revenue, customer retention, and acquisition
- Drive quality and consistency across centers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader
- Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a successful team
- Strong business insight; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities
- Leadership experience in a customer and talent-focused environment
- A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
