Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the launch, growth, and performance of external enrichment programs across KinderCare’s family of brands
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships that expand enrichment offerings and create revenue opportunities
Lead onboarding and rollout of enrichment programs, coordinating timelines, tools, training, and cross-functional teams
Develop scalable processes, procedures, and tools for consistent program delivery across brands
Drive revenue growth and center adoption by monitoring key metrics and addressing barriers
Partner with marketing, finance, pricing, procurement, training, product development, and field leadership teams
Use data, research, and field feedback to improve programs and processes and inform future development

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years as a successful project manager, operations manager, or in a multi-unit operations leadership role
Proven track record of translating strategy into execution and driving operational results at scale
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Experience driving revenue accountability and financial performance at the operational level
Demonstrated success in building scalable operational frameworks, tools, and training programs
Experience in childcare, education, or similar service-based industries with distributed operations
Experience building operational infrastructure for new programs
Familiarity with center P&L management and operational metrics that drive financial performance
