About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support center directors and teachers with goal setting and expectations to ensure compliance with government funding program requirements
  • Identify and implement classroom modifications to ensure compliance
  • Assist in developing and facilitating orientations for center management
  • Assist in developing and facilitating orientations for lead and assistant teachers at the start of and throughout the school year
  • Ensure required paperwork is retained on site for teachers, including credentials, diplomas, and transcripts
  • Assist center directors with recruitment and employment interviews for lead teachers as requested
  • Assist with curriculum training for lead and assistant teachers throughout the school year and at orientations
  • Assist with annual parent orientations
  • Guide center directors on annual purchases of equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure grant funds are used appropriately
  • Advise the government funding supervisor of compliance issues that may affect program funding
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations and government agencies
  • Support successful delivery, quality, and effectiveness of the government-funded program through evaluations, center visits, and resource connections

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to drive and adapt to change
  • Strong computer skills, including general office software and MS Office
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Customer service, conflict resolution, and collaboration experience
  • Effective personal organization and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize center needs and schedule accordingly
  • Ability to travel between alternate center and office locations (50%+)
  • Occasional overnight travel required
