About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and drive support and business-as-usual tasks across Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive
Ensure day-to-day Adaptive tasks and integrations run smoothly and are updated as required
Manage FP&A queries regarding calculations in Workday products
Collect requirements and implement Workday changes, including integrations, tasks, accounts, sheets, and dimensions
Create and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
Collaborate with FP&A and Corporate Finance to improve ways of working in Workday products
Perform Workday Financials administration, including opening and closing periods, security assignments, bank accounts, ledgers, and cost centers
Maintain Workday Adaptive and Workday Financials documentation and support workflow changes
Conduct security audits and product release management for Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive
Advise and support senior stakeholders on financial processes and procedures
Support Finance Transformation projects
Complete daily and weekly status reporting and reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Workday implementations
Hands-on experience working with ERP software
Good understanding of finance procedures
Strong understanding of control environments and evidential standards
Willingness to learn Workday Financial in depth to support change management and product adoption
Ability to translate technical language for Finance teams and Finance language for product and technology teams
Proactive and autonomous approach, with ability to identify issues independently and drive creative solutions in complex, dependency-heavy environments
Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations clearly, compellingly, and succinctly in written and verbal communications
Ability to influence a wide variety of audiences
Ability to engage and collaborate with people from various backgrounds and cultures
