About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for a region director, district leaders, and corporate teams
  • Bridge field and corporate sides of the growth line of business
  • Provide proactive thought partnership, leadership, and expertise to corporate and field-based leaders
  • Develop and complete initiatives and programs supporting corporate functions and culture
  • Analyze, build, and implement workforce plans, including talent assessments, strategic goals, staffing forecasts, talent gap analysis, and leadership pipelines
  • Coordinate organization development, talent management, and compensation support
  • Build and influence leadership capability across all team levels
  • Consult with leaders on employee issues and lead investigations as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with pertinent HR-related laws and regulations
  • Support requisitions, recruitment, onboarding, final pay, and leaves processes
  • Drive process improvement for administrative solutions across the corporate office
  • Contribute to employee engagement, retention, strategic HR initiatives, and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience working in a strategic HRBP capacity in a multi-site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability working in fast-paced environments and with ambiguity
  • Successful experience leading/influencing organizational change
  • Strong business sense and extensive knowledge of business/market trends, competition, and company policies/procedures
  • Strategic agility and knowledge of operationalizing competitive HR strategies linked to business strategy
  • Ability to build partnerships with leaders at all levels and excellent customer focus
  • Strong conflict resolution, influencing, and partner management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, follow through, and plan ahead
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must live in the CST time zone
  • Willingness to travel up to 65%
