About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a primary functional resource for ADP and other HR technologies
  • Build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and improve HRIS processes and workflows
  • Translate HR business requirements into technology solutions
  • Partner with ADP and other vendors on functionality, enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation
  • Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual HR processes
  • Support HR data integrity, reporting, documentation, and technology adoption
  • Lead HR projects from planning through implementation and evaluation
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, stakeholder responsibilities, communications, testing, and implementation plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage concurrent enterprise initiatives
  • Oversee the enterprise orientation and onboarding framework
  • Develop onboarding resources, schedules, workflows, communications, documentation, and technology solutions
  • Coordinate and administer the enterprise performance-management process
  • Support performance-cycle preparation, communications, tracking, reporting, manager support, and process improvement
  • Execute the performance-management strategy established by Corporate HR leadership
  • Support enterprise learning and development strategy and identify training requirements
  • Develop training plans, learning content, training materials, job aids, facilitator resources, and documentation
  • Facilitate employee and manager training when appropriate
  • Track training completion, compliance, and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain electronic forms, automated workflows, approval processes, and data-collection tools using JotForm and similar technologies
  • Support HR operations throughout Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, California, and Germany
  • Travel to company locations based on organizational, project, training, and implementation needs
  • Directly supervise two assigned HR team members, including priorities, coaching, development, feedback, and accountability
  • Review and reconcile invoices for HR Programs and Systems-related vendors
  • Train other team members as needed
  • Maintain safety and Quality Assurance standards
  • Complete special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • 10+ years of experience overseeing and implementing orientation, onboarding, performance management, training, and LMS administration
  • Advanced experience with ADP and/or comparable workflow technology
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS administration, configuration, implementation, or workflow development
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is required
  • Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment preferred
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
  • Formal project-management education, training, or certification strongly preferred
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean/Six Sigma, or comparable project/process-improvement credential highly desirable
  • Regular domestic and international travel required
  • Ability to travel to company locations and other business locations as required
  • Compliance with company safety requirements and required trainings and meetings
