About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn Kira’s platform and the El Salvador deployment thoroughly, becoming the go-to expert for all user types
- Demo new features to the Government of El Salvador team before release
- Lead training for new and existing users on new functionality
- Test new tools before launch and provide structured, actionable feedback to product managers
- Gather, prioritize, and communicate feature requests from Government of El Salvador teams to Product
- Visit schools to collect feedback from teachers, tutors, and principals
- Translate and adapt product documentation and resources for Spanish-speaking stakeholders
- Partner with the General Manager on pilots and rollout of new tools and use cases
- Keep the deployment on track when the General Manager is away
- Present to audiences ranging from tutors to government team leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, product, or customer-facing roles at an AI or SaaS company
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for non-technical users
- Analytical, structured problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and reprioritize quickly
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn new products quickly
- Comfortable testing tools and explaining issues clearly to product and engineering teams
- Ideally based in El Salvador; candidates elsewhere in Latin America will be considered with regular travel to San Salvador
