About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • First point of contact for customers, providing knowledgeable responses to inquiries or routing them to the appropriate team.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers.
  • Document customer requests and bugs in accordance with quality processes.
  • Work closely with the Product team to resolve issues quickly.
  • Provide administrative support to Business Development and Customer Success, including account setup and analysis of customer metrics.
  • Create and implement communications materials.
  • Support the Marketing team with content creation and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are studying Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program.
  • You have at least four semesters of study remaining.
  • You work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner.
  • You are able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
  • You enjoy working in a team, show initiative, and take responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong interest in digital solutions and mental health.
  • Initial practical experience through internships, student positions, or personal projects in Customer Support/Success.
  • Employment as a working student at 60%.
