About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer inquiries and promoting the Company's products and services
- Perform data entry into KNAPP CMMS, KPI reports, and Excel spreadsheets
- Maintain and format Excel spreadsheets and generate daily, weekly, and monthly workflow, parts usage, and system performance reports
- Utilize Kisoft Analytics and SCADA
- Plan, schedule, and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level
- Review spare-parts stock and demand in the maintenance department
- Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS
- Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others
- Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them
- Strong computer skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Excel and Access
- Knowledge of various CMMS software
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Overtime as required by work
- Occasional travel may be required
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times
- Physical requirements may include sitting, squatting, walking, reaching to arm's length, reaching overhead, lifting between 50-100 pounds, and reading
- Strict adherence to KNAPP's drug-free workplace policy; candidates are subject to drug screening and must remain drug-free during employment
