About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the RBS implementation management function
  • Ensure consistent, predictable execution of new site launches, expansions, customer transitions, stabilization programs, and formal handovers into site operations
  • Provide leadership, prioritization, coaching, and governance for Implementation Managers
  • Establish one accountable launch process across the RBS portfolio
  • Translate RBS strategy into scalable implementation standards
  • Develop and continuously improve launch playbooks, readiness gates, checklists, templates, and handover criteria
  • Maintain portfolio visibility through integrated schedules, milestone reviews, risk registers, decision logs, and executive status reporting
  • Oversee implementation planning from early engagement through launch, stabilization, and formal handover
  • Ensure staffing, hiring, training, operational routines, documentation, tools, technology, materials, safety requirements, and support models are deployment-ready
  • Drive structured stabilization programs with measurable exit criteria and corrective actions
  • Define and reinforce cross-functional interfaces, RACI, handovers, service levels, and escalation paths
  • Act as the senior RBS implementation contact for leadership, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate implementation risks affecting safety, quality, cost, schedule, scope, customer readiness, or operational stability
  • Provide financial discipline through resource planning, budget awareness, forecast inputs, change control, and cost reporting
  • Capture lessons learned and prevent recurring issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, project management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Progressive experience leading complex implementations, site launches, operational transitions, or service deployments in a multi-site environment
  • Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including coaching managers, setting priorities, and driving accountability across concurrent initiatives
  • Strong project and portfolio management capability, including planning, governance, budget awareness, risk management, change control, and executive reporting
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align senior internal, customer, and supplier stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of customer service operations, maintenance or resident-site environments, quality systems, Health & Safety, and operational readiness
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Passport or ability to obtain passport
  • Professional office etiquette is required at all times
  • Travel required
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on project milestones, go-live activities, escalations, and site-specific operational needs
